Who Created FutureFiction.com?

Alan, one of our reviewers, developed the original concept for the site. Alan had been reading Science Fiction and Fantasy novels for 30 years. However, whenever he had exhausted one authorís work, he experienced some indecision regarding what author to begin reading next. Alan found plenty of sources for book reviews, but couldnít locate a good source of author reviews. Hence, this site was born!  Since its inception, the site has been refined primarily through suggestions from our other reviewers and you, our loyal readers.

What Is the Purpose of FutureFiction.com?

FutureFiction.com is designed to provide the Sci-Fi and Fantasy fan with a reliable source of author and book reviews. There are many book review sites on the Internet. However, many of them accept unprofessional reviews from any source that submits them. Also, these sites do not attempt to review authors and provide commentary on their style. This site has been designed to fill the gap.  We are building a solid core of professional reviewers whose insights and guidance will help you to choose authors and books that will appeal to you. No longer will you need to rely on the blurb on the dust jacket to make your decision. Our goal is to provide interesting, concise reviews that will allow you to choose authors with styles similar to those you already enjoy or to discover new authors and books in the science fiction/fantasy field. We hope you will return to our site frequently to get our opinion and advice on the latest publications as well as many of the old classics too.
